St. Petersburg sits on the Pinellas peninsula between Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and is the largest city in Pinellas County. Nicknamed the Sunshine City, it holds a Guinness record of 768 consecutive days of sunshine. A downtown waterfront of parks, marinas and museums lines Tampa Bay, and historic neighborhoods surround the city center. Housing includes historic bungalows, waterfront homes, established neighborhoods, townhomes and high-rise condominiums.
