Indian Rocks Beach is a city on the barrier island of Sand Key in Pinellas County, on the Gulf of Mexico. It has more than two miles of beach on the Gulf of Mexico with 26 public beach accesses, and tourism is its primary industry. The Town of Indian Rocks Beach was incorporated in 1955. Housing includes beach cottages, Gulf-front homes, Intracoastal waterfront properties, townhomes and condominiums.
