Zephyrhills is the largest city in Pasco County, located in the county's southeast corner along U.S. 301. The Zephyrhills Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001, and the 1927 Atlantic Coast Line depot now houses the Zephyrhills Depot Museum. The Zephyrhills Museum of Military History occupies a World War II infirmary at the municipal airport. Housing includes historic homes, established neighborhoods, manufactured-home communities, newer subdivisions and rural acreage.
