Wildlight is a master-planned community in Yulee, set near the junction of I-95 and State Road 200 in Nassau County. Its Town District centers on a walkable Village Center with shops, eateries, a YMCA and UF Health services, while the new Garden District, opening in fall 2026, is planned around trails and the St. Marys River. Amelia Island beaches are a short drive east. Homes include single-family designs, townhomes and new-construction neighborhoods.
