Jacksonville Beach is the liveliest of the Beaches communities, with a wide sandy shoreline, a long fishing pier and a busy oceanfront district of restaurants and shops. The Seawalk Pavilion hosts concerts and festivals, and the oceanfront district invites easy strolls. Beach Boulevard and J. Turner Butler Boulevard connect to Jacksonville, with A1A running along the coast. Homes include oceanfront condos, beach cottages, townhomes and single-family neighborhoods west of the ocean.
