Oakleaf Plantation is an unincorporated master-planned community in northern Clay County, just south of the Duval County line on Jacksonville's southwest side. Neighborhood parks, trails and amenity centers are spread across the community, with shopping and dining at Oakleaf Town Center just across the Duval line. Argyle Forest Boulevard and the First Coast Expressway provide routes toward Orange Park and Jacksonville. Homes include single-family houses, townhomes and newer subdivisions.
