Yulee is an unincorporated community in eastern Nassau County, centered on the State Road 200 corridor between I-95 and Amelia Island. Its location offers quick access to Jacksonville to the south and Fernandina Beach beaches to the east, with marshes and the Nassau and St. Marys river systems nearby. Shopping centers and services line SR 200. Homes include newer master-planned neighborhoods, townhomes, established subdivisions and properties on larger wooded lots.
