"Incredibly frustrated with this team. We're not first time buyers or sellers. We have worked with In… Read Morecredible realtors in the past that are extremely communicative and proactively reach out and have answers and updates without even having to ask. Not the case here.
Firstly,I sent them all the houses I wanted to see. They never did any research and recommendations, despite an hour long consultaion that they said would allow them to shop for us based on our preferences. Lies. Never sent me one single house. Communication is almost non existent. I have to track them down and hunt for answers, despite their being 4 realtors on our team. O'Neal has been the most frustrating. He is often just unreachable for a couple days. When negotiating we tried to barter for some roof repairs and he was quick to try and dismiss our concerns. I had to make a fuss and let them know that I felt like I was being bullied into not negotiating on the roof or the sewer and that I was frustrated with the lack of communication.
Nothing has changed, and if we werent already in the middle of a deal for the house we want, I would dump them and go with someone else. I have never been more disappointed when working with professionals on one of the biggest purchase of our lives.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Boardwalk Realty. Communication has… Read More been almost nonexistent. My realtor was Ronald Assria. The office phone number goes unanswered, and getting any updates has been incredibly difficult. My realtor was repeatedly late to open houses and lacked professionalism throughout the process. Now I’m being told the MLS system is ‘down,’ causing delays in removing my listing after I already terminated the relationship on 04/29/2026. I should have cancelled back in March.
