Palmetto is a small city in southwest Fulton County with a friendly downtown and easy access to I-85 and US 29. Residents are close to Cochran Mill Park's trails and waterfalls, the Serenbe community and the shops and dining of nearby Fairburn and Newnan. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about a half-hour drive. Housing includes historic homes, established neighborhoods and newer single-family subdivisions.
