Braselton, with its historic core in Jackson County and portions in Gwinnett, Hall and Barrow counties, grew from a family farm and general store. Its downtown hosts local restaurants and town events, while Chateau Elan Winery and Resort and Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta are well-known neighbors. I-85 links the town to Atlanta and northeast Georgia. Housing includes golf communities, newer single-family neighborhoods and active adult communities.
