Indian River Estates is an unincorporated community in St. Lucie County set between Fort Pierce and Port St. Lucie, east of US 1. Trails in nearby Savannas Preserve State Park cross freshwater marsh and pine flatwoods, and the Indian River Lagoon lies just east. Shopping along US 1 is close at hand. Florida's Turnpike and I-95 are a short drive west. Homes include single-family houses, villas and manufactured home communities.
