Sharpsburg is a small town in eastern Coweta County, nestled between Newnan and Peachtree City, and its mailing addresses extend well into the surrounding unincorporated countryside. Rolling pastures, older rural buildings and tree-lined roads give the area a relaxed atmosphere. Housing includes established subdivisions, newer single-family communities, homes on larger lots and acreage properties, with State Routes 34 and 54 providing convenient regional connections.
