Lovejoy is a small city in southern Clayton County, set along U.S. Routes 19 and 41 near the Henry County line. Its quiet residential streets sit within a short drive of Hampton, Jonesboro and McDonough, and Interstate 75 is close by for trips toward Atlanta or Macon. Housing consists mainly of single-family homes in established and newer subdivisions, along with townhomes and properties on larger wooded lots.
