Ellenwood is an unincorporated community in south DeKalb County that also reaches into Clayton, Henry and Rockdale counties. Its wooded, low-key setting sits close to I-675 and GA 42, with quick drives to Stockbridge, Conyers and downtown Atlanta. Panola Mountain State Park and the shopping along GA 138 are a short trip away. Housing includes established subdivisions, newer single-family homes and properties on larger, tree-lined lots.
