SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

Program: Boardwalk Agents Lead Routing Campaign

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

1. Program Description

The Boardwalk Agents Lead Routing text messaging program (the "Program") is operated by Boardwalk Realty Associates ("Boardwalk," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages related to lead assignments, routing notifications, property and transaction communications, and account or service updates.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

When you opt in to the Program, you consent to receive text messages sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of your employment or affiliation with Boardwalk. You represent that the mobile number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to opt in.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on lead activity and your engagement with the Program. You can expect to receive recurring messages, typically up to 10 messages per week, depending on the volume of leads routed to you.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Boardwalk Realty Associates is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details on your messaging and data plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you opt back in. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

6. Help and Support

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information provided at the point of opt-in. We will respond with information about the Program and how to get assistance.

7. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by Boardwalk.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
